This was an Eight-member follow-up delegation by the Committee of parliament for science and technology. The delegation made follow-up meetings with Techno parks in Kocaeli and Istanbul. The purpose of this delegation was to establish a tangible exchange program for technology development and transfer from Turkey to Uganda.
